Stop à Léhon, visite de la chaufferie du Clos Gastel : la Scic a participé avec un bureau d'études sociétaire, Graine d'habitat, à la rénovation de l'école primaire et à la conception d'un réseau de chaleur à chaudière bois alimenté par le bois énergie local (forêt de Cëtquen et haies) qui alimente l'école rénovée, l'école maternelle, la salle des fêtes et des logements proches et, depuis peu, la multi-crèche communautaire.
on the way back towards Dinan, two scheduled visits : first, the Clos Gastel complex heat network (includes 2 schools -- a new kindergarden and an existing primary school that had to be refurbished and properly insulated -- a community hall and some residential pavilions) based on a wood boiler fed with wood from nearby Coëtquen forest and the pruning of local hedgerows. The Scic contributed to the conception of the project with one of our stakeholders, an engineering office, Graine d'habitat.
Visite de la Ferme des Aulnays à Evran, chez Jérôme et Annie Legoff -- avec dégustation de fromages du cru et cidre : "La Ferme des Aulnay" est auto-suffisante, notamment depuis qu'avec l'aide de la Scic Jérôme a fait installer une chaudière à bois nourrie du bois récolté sur l'exploitation.
last planned stop : Jérôme et Annie Legoff's 'La Ferme des Aulnays', 100 % organic and self-sufficient, where Jérôme had a wood boiler fed with his own wood built with the help of la Scic. The visit included tasting their production of cheese : 'camembert' and 'marcelline' with cider.
